The royal quartet of enablers

I have used some of this post in separate catfisher posts.

Today’s post is about a short lived grouping in the fandom who had 2 things in common - they didn’t much like k8 and were all lying about their personal lives in some way. These ladies all used each other for attention and enabled each other’s fantasy lives.

1. Libby (royalmistress) - Libby was a bitter ass who was the worse out of all of them for misogyny and body shaming. Her claim was that she was British with a husband called Henry and a baby called Biggie. Like any good fandom member, she was also pregnant during her time in the fandom and had another kid called Charlotte Elizabeth Daenerys Mairi (lmao). Libby was super smart guyz and one day he got a super vague job with the Canadian government as a cultural attaché and they all moved to Montreal. The fandom were lead to believe that she was actually gonna be working with the royals (bc her husband H said so)

Until people started asking questions and Libby gave another super vague explanation that then denied she was working with them at all.

Anyways she deleted all her social media to take up this job and disappeared.

2. Rachel (you know). You all know about her exploits in the fandom re K8. She wanted to peddle an image of the teacher, scout leader, philanthropist, girlfriend of her Indian boyfriend Richard, psychology and history graduate, friend of the friends of the royals, Prince Harry lunch buddy. In general, the other 3 defended Rachy from the mini middletons.

3. Becca (willsandcatherine/ xlilibetandphilip). Bec initially liked K8 and Willy but then came along her aristo boyfriend Henry (not to be confused with Libby’s husband!) who just HAD to make a blog too. Bc no royal fandom boyfriend is worthwhile if they don’t appear on tumblr. And he was a LORD.

Lord H obviously moved in the same circles as Willy and Kate and hated them and spilt tea about child cancer patients being mad with k8 for having hair (fml)

Considering this was Becca, it was more than a little odd that Lord H hated the people Becca was a fan of. But remember, Becca was chilling with the quartet, and hating Willykat and having tea on them got you attention back then.

Most of you will know the story of “the student” (and if u don’t, hit me up). Well guess who supported Rachy during the student story? Why Lord H of course!

And he even got into a fracas with @theblogtini when she called him out. What a ride.

Lord H disappeared when he was exposed and Becca returned later as a Liz n Phil blog (and seemed to cut ties with the other girls).

4. Ashley (britishroyalgoogler). Ashley started off as a sceptic of K8 on tumblr and then was introduced to forums by Rachy and became a fully fledged tinhatter. Her personal story was a boyfriend/husband called Wes and all their crazy fun relationship stories. And later her attempts to get pregnant. The girls were the only people she told before her fake wedding (probably so they could validate it later).

Back in those days being an adult and having some kind of life experience made you gold in this fandom. These lies made these girls popular and powerful. They would get constant asks from teen girls about their relationships and sex lives. And so when they said shit like this (ref to the picture of Kate in the pink dress on the dudes lap), their opinion was valued.

Now I’m like 99% sure all 4 of these girls knew each other were lying. But they boosted each other anyway as a means to their own ends. The group didn’t last very long but having that power in the fandom meant that when they said K8 was breaking protocol, people were more willing to listen. Bc who wouldn’t believe these responsible adults right?
