The Rachel post (heavyarethecrowns)

Rachel has been the most talked about blogger in the fandom's history. This post will  compile EVERYTHING. Starting with the masterpost on who she is and leading onto the receipts. It's long, so buckle up. 

1) WHO IS RACHEL?

Rachel is the single most notorious member of the royal fandom. She’s disliked by an unbelievable amount of people for her lies, hypocrisy and misogyny. 

Our story begins on the murky land called of the royal forums in the mid to late 2000s, where Rachel was a member of a few forums under the name Mousiekins. On these forums (namely Royal Dish, Royal Gossip and Secret Royal Forum), she said wonderful Christian (n.b. Rachel is a Christian) things about Kate Middleton as:

“The sick, twisted part of me is glad she is going to be a Princess as I think it will be the classic case of “be careful what you wish for”. I want to see her being worked to the ground by the courtiers and ridiculed by the press. If she wants this job so bad let her have it. I will sit and watch with my popcorn and enjoy the show because I have a feeling it may get good.“

And talking about imagining hitting Kate..... 

"At the time of the wedding I am going to be hitting some nails with hammers. Most likely imaging [sic] Kate as the nails"

Then she got banned from the Secret Royal Forum (a forum that hated William and Kate) for unknown reasons. 

She also got into heated arguments with other “Kate haters” about her lack of evidence for her claims (more on that later). And on this forum, Royal Dish, who also hated Kate, they thought her theories on Yorks vs Middleton are crap. I mention these examples because often in gossip forums (royal or otherwise), there is a camaraderie whereby members will back each other up and choose to believe each other to justify their own dislike of the subject. It's interesting then that these people chose to call Rachel out.

Anyway, in 2011, a few months after the royal wedding, she decided to join Tumblr as 'TrueRoyals'. Royal Tumblr was by then populated by the 'Mini Middletons' (Kate's, mainly teenage fans).  Rachel specifically said she joined Tumblr because she wanted to ‘counteract the superficial sugary blogs’.

And that's where her Tumblr life started. She began talking about unsubstantiated rumours, without giving sources. For example, about Kate having abortions, boob jobs and voodoo dolls. When questioned, her usual answer was that it came from a newspaper. 

A lot of her information came from her ‘friends in the military’ who miraculously spanned the country and sections, and worked with Harry AND William. These friends had the same opinion as her too, William is lazy and dumb, Harry is not.

Then there was her insistence that Kate was breaking protocol. This includes her hemlines being to short, heels being too high, toenails painted, not curtsying correctly, and standing in front of her husband at official events. *Sound familiar, Meghan fans?). Again, there was no written proof of these protocols.

I'll pause at this point to say that you might be thinking 'you haven't given proof of all these things you claim Rachel said'. I take that. The problem is Rachel deleted her blogs a few times and so a lot of the receipts are gone. I've done my best to find receipts for everything I'm talking about. If you don't believe me, there are many blogs on Tumblr who will remember this stuff too. Moving on...

Now if you’re still following, you might see that by this point the royal fandom were side eyeing Rachel and looked for ways to expose her lies.

Thats where royallycorrect/royaliticallycorrect/truestudent came in. She has her own post on this site, so in brief, she sent Rachel anons saying Harry was dating a student. Rachel agreed with all she said, even though RC was making the whole thing up. Rachel refuses to talk about the student now.

And then there was drug gate. Rachel said she’d heard some rumours about Mike Middleton, and this was her answer when questioned. The screencap was then sent to truestudent. (FYI, awillowywonder was Rachel's main blog, trueroyals was a side one).

This resulted in a lot of heat for Rachel. So in 2012 trueroyals became regalmajesty but carried on with her “opinions” and “connections” and lack of proof for most of what she said.

This is a good point to say Rachel says she’s had death threats to her and her family and her (alleged) kids at school. If that’s true, then those people are butt holes. Sadly for her, no one believes that she was a teacher (more on that later). Still it’s crazy to many that she left her anon button on for SO long while she was getting threats.

She then changed from regalmajesty to monarchistthinking but I can't remember the reason for the change. 

And that's where I come in. In late 2013, I figured it was a good idea to contact Rachel's Mom about those threats she was getting and to see if Rachel was who she said she was. You'll see that her identity was easy to find later on. I have since apologised for this because it was a shitty thing to do, BUT it did bring some interesting consequences.

In the email, I mentioned that Rachel was getting death threats because of the things she said about Kate. I talked about her blog and mentioned her school children and her boyfriend Richard (both things the fandom didnt believe existed). It was in no way a mean email, but it was wrong to send it. Obviously.

Clearly, Rachel's mom must have spoken to Rachel about it because that night Rachel deleted her blog and restarted as heavyarethecrowns. She also stopped mentioning her job as a teacher and her boyfriend, claiming that she lost her job and broke up with her boyfriend.

From then on, it was pretty much the same story with Rachel's blog. Until Meghan came along. Since Meghan has joined the family, Rachel has suddenly changed her tune on the protocol shit she started, failing to call her out for in the same way she did for Kate. 

I've included an ask that I got about why people are so annoyed by her in comparison to the Meghan tin-hats who are much worse.

It’s all about the CONTEXT. History lesson time.

The fandom was born on the shoulders of majority teenagers and they were typical fan girls. But ofc 99% of ppl who joined the fandom didn’t know all that much about royalty and traditions etc. Whether that was bc ppl were young or from countries outside Britain, this place wasn’t the place to find royal experts bc tumblr just isn’t that demographic.

When Rachel arrived she said she’d created the blog to (and I quote) “counteract the superficial and sugary blogs”. Translation - she came to squat over the heads of excited young girls and dump steaming shit all over them. (This is important bc Rachel ALWAYS used to say she doesn’t want to talk about Kate, she just does it bc anons ask her qs). She created the blog to talk about Kate, period.

The problem was Rachel HAD been following royals for a long time (at least since 2008) and she was already in her 20s. So when she said Kate broke protocol, no one had any proof against that bc what the hell did we know? And when she said she’d read stories of Willy cheating (but never provided links), how could we know that she hadn’t read that somewhere? Bc we were all newbies without those years under our belts.

And even though everyone knew she was bullshitting, no one could prove her wrong bc there was no one to check with. We didn’t have the Hermiones of the fandom (Jess or mr-mrswales etc) to go and ask. There was NO ONE who had the knowledge like there is now.

So people got real pissed bc we all knew she was a liar and she just wouldn’t let up. She’s a dumbass but she’s also incredibly manipulative and can mind fuck people into the ground. And the mini middleton mafia did send her hate bc she wouldn’t stop reblogging fan posts and adding her unwanted opinions.

These days the meg haters are so easily batted away and laughed at bc we have all these smart ass blogs (the hermiones) that newbies can go to. And if Rachy was new to the fandom today, she would be completely irrelevant bc those teenagers now have 7 years under their belts and are superior in every way to her.

In conclusion. It was a whole different climate then where we all didn’t have the knowledge. So she got what she wanted. And I guess the reason why people still come for her now is bc WE DONT FORGET. We’ve had this shit for almost 7 years and as long as she keeps being a patronising lying asshole, trying to piss in people’s Cheerios, people will continue to hose her down with her own piss.

In conclusion, Rachel twists, lies and elaborates to push a certain narrative of the royals and herself. In my OPINION, she is also misogynistic and a liar. She rarely gives proof for her claims but most of all will not just admit William and Kate get on her nerves. I think most people could let it pass if she would admit that, but she constantly says she just wants them to do their job. If this were the case, her criticisms would be equal for all royals.

Now, it’s really important to notice that the “Dress Protocol” doesn’t exist. I’ve had my fair amount of research over the years and there is NOTHING, not even one hit of something about Dress Protocol. All of this, Rachel and her friends always mistake with Dress Code, which is different and Protocol is a code of behaviour (when meeting an important person, in this case HM).
A while back, Liz and I made a spam of Sophie wearing all black outfits for engagements that are not mourning and Rachel went cray cray and said they weren’t breaking any protocol because of ACCESORIES, here’s an example:

Anyways, we knew that whoever Henry decided to marry, would be under scrutiny, especially by Rachel and her fans cause we knew, we KNEW that that person would be excused of doing the exact things Catherine is trashed for.
So far, Meghan has been excused of wearing too high heels and showing her bare arms and the ultimate one, the one we’ve had endless discussions about is the All Black one, and Meghan has been in all black outfits several times during her engagements and you know what’s the excuse?? cause she’s not working for the RF but let’s be real, she has. And that’s why it makes me so happy seeing her wearing it, because the mental gymnastics (correctly baptised by my Rosie) Rachel and her friends go through are HILARIOUS!!
So, in short and after trying to explain this crazy thing, no, Meghan will never break Protocol because Protocol for clothing aka Rachel’s Protocol doesn’t exist.

In addition to this Rachel has commented on Kate's baby making abilities when she frequented the forums, talking about her weight and menstrual cycle. If I find them again I'll add them here, but if you've got this far down the post, you can probably guess that she'd say something like that.

Kate took on her first patronages- EACH, National Portrait Gallery, The Art Room and Action on Addiction- in January 2012. So that’s 3 years and 3 months. Now let’s see how many engagements she’s attended for them in 3yrs3months:
EACH- 3 (average of around 1 a year, last visited 4 months ago)
National Portrait Gallery- 7 (average of 2 a year, last visited this month)
The Art Room- 6 (average of 2 a year, last visited 2 months ago)
Action on Addiction- 7 (average of 2 a year, last visited 5 months ago)
She became patron of Place2Be, Natural History Museum and Sportsaid in April 2013. So how many engagements has she done in under 2 years?
Place2Be- 3 (average of over 1 a year, last visited 4 months ago)
Natural History Museum- 2 (average of 1 a year, last visited 5 months ago)
Sportsaid- 3 (average of over 1 a year, last visited 4 months ago)
And she has been patron of The 1851 Trust for 5 months. She was ill during the first portion of this 5 months so she hasn’t done as many engagements.
The 1851 Trust- 4 (average of once a month, last visited last month). 

So claim 1) They (I’m focusing on Kate here) doesn’t visit her charities once a year: well according to this she visits her charities at least once a year on average and 2) Some of their charities they have not visited for YEARS. She’s done engagements for all of her charities within the last 5 months. So both claims are untrue.

It is the one day a year they can spend as a family so it is selfish to spend it away when it is the one day a year they can be as a family.
This is not a normal family, it is THE Royal Family, not Mr and Mrs Jones, not Mr and Mrs Smith. But the British Royal Family.
William and Kate can spend the other 364 days of the years with the Midds, they spend most of it with them anyway, but one day a year they RF spend the day as a family before they go and spend it with their in laws because the others are not selfish and understand this is the ONE day HM can spend with her family.
But you know if William and Kate can’t give their 88 year old and 93 year old Grandparents and Grandparents in Law one day even when their family are just on another part of the estate well then, they are selfish. If every other RF in law can understand that HM just wants one day with her family, just one, they must hold her in higher regard and have the common sense to know they have 364 other days they can be with their family. It is just one day, the only day, HM has for her family. Whereas their families can have the other 364.
I guess the Cambridge’s are just selfish and I hope they don’t ever feel guilty is this Christmas or one of the others they miss is Philip and HM’s last. After all how many Christmas’ does an 88 and 93 year old have?

17) WILLIAM DATING A TEACHER

One of Rachel's most long running claims is that William dated a teacher in Anglesey just weeks before his engagement to Kate (during one of their break ups - which is again - something only Rachel talks about).

However she can't quite keep it consistent.

First she knows about the teacher due to her mutual friends of William

Then it was because the reports were 'everywhere'

And then Rachel simultaneously knows and has 'no idea' who initiated the 'break up'

18) RACHEL'S PERSONAL LIES

Disclaimer- I know Rachel’s last name. This information along with her hometown were well known in the fandom around 2013-2014. There are only 1 or 2 active fandom members left that know this information. I have NEVER spread this or told anyone (despite what Rachel might say). Some of the points below are based on the fact that I was able to search her name, so whilst I’m not gonna put screenshots of that, you're just gonna have to trust me on this one. A lot of this stuff can have excuses made for it so it’s up to you if u believe it or not. 

An online ghost

Considering Rachel's heavy online presence in the fandom world, she is very ghostly with her real identity online. Her last name isn’t what I’d call common so searching for her has been interesting. There’s pretty much nothing on the social media front. But here’s the interesting part, Rachel has said she’s been involved in charity since she’s been born (I’m not kidding). She’s claimed to have her photography exhibited, and just been an all around amazing committed Christian volunteer. But the ONLY evidence of her volunteering is her name on a scouts “occasional” volunteer list and a social media profile saying she works for St Johns ambulance. So where is the evidence for all this work she’s done over the years? If she’s so active, why is there nothing on her. Why are there no photos or name checks on her churches website. I’ve found stuff her parents do but never her.

University

Rachel has always claimed to have gone to York university, saying she did a History and Pychology degree and then a teacher training course there. I contacted York University years ago and they told me that they had not run a joint history and phsycology programme for years (before Rach was there).

York’s list of graduates are freely available online. I’ve been through them from 2005-2010 (she was claiming in 2010 that she’d finished her degrees). Rachel does NOT appear in any of them.

Teacher

Veterans of the fandom will know that Rachel's claim that she’s a teacher (elementary/primary) has been disbelieved. Here’s some of the suspicions.

- Back in the day, when IP tracking was more prevalent in the fandom, a lot of people knew Rachel’s IP. This was because it showed up as her hometown and click through links etc. I, on multiple occasions witnessed her on my blog using her home IP. More than once this was between 2-3pm GMT when she should’ve been at school (according to UK school times). She also used to claim she got the bus to work so even if she finished school at 3, how did she manage to get home for 3?

- She would often answer asks live (not on queue) at around 9am GMT.

- In 2014, she claimed she'd lost her job as a teacher due to the recession. The last recession in the UK ended in 2009.

- She 'lost her job' right after the email to her mom, which mentioned Rachel was a teacher

Knowing the princes' friends
Rachel claims that she was friends with people in the military that worked with both.

In 2014, Rachel had never met either prince. But by 2016, she'd met Harry several times. By all means, this could be possible.

Rachel has said she doesn't care if no-one believes her, which is good for her. It's only if you have this attitude that you could've kept it up for so long. But as we saw with the mom email, her speed in deleting her entire blog spoke volumes. Bearing in mind that she's said that her military friends know all about her blog too, that action in itself suggests she had something to hide.

In 8 years of observing Rachel's blog, it's the opinion of a large number of people in the fandom that she is a liar. As we saw at the start of this post, even people who agree with her opinions will question her facts. 

I don't believe she's met Harry or William in any personal capacity. I dont even believe she has any good friends in the military. I've read enough Catfish stories to come to the conclusion that she's in all likelihood quite a sad and perhaps lonely woman. 

To end this, I'll leave you with these final screenshots. Remember at the start of this post where Rachel says she hopes Kate is ridiculed by the press? (ironic considering what would later happen to Meghan). Well here she is a few months later saying she would never wish Kate ill will. 

No, never.
