Who started Waity Katie?

The name Waity Katie, given to Kate for waiting for Willy to propose (because she was supposed to force him to say it using her voodoo instead) has been long said to be started by Katie Nicholl because she used it A LOT in her headlines.
The first mention I found in the Daily Mail wasn’t by Katie but by Rebecca English (now royal journalist for the Daily Mail) in Jan 2008
She claims it was started by their own circle (bullshit).
In 2009, Katie N said it was William’s chums who started it (bullshit).

And then she said it was the press (they used it but didnt start it).

Some even said Katie N used it bc she was called it

But of course, the name actually came from the forum douches. Here’s a couple people admitting it

The royal journalists have creeped on forums and now blogs for years and most likely they found the name on the forum in 2007 and ran with it. (No receipts for it first being used on the forums because the forum before royal gossip got deleted and restarted.)

Prince Harry's friend Arthur Landon threatens to sue fandom member

In 2014 a blog called farthurlandon was created where it mocked Harry's friend Arthur Landon and accused him of all sorts of things like lying about charities and just being a douche. It also posted pictures from Arthur's social media. Arthur found the blog and threatened to expose their identity and got the lawyers involved. The story of the student is one of the most iconic because of its impact on the fandom at the time. In April-May 2012, infamous fandom member Rachel was notorious for making claims about her connections with friends of the royals and would sometimes drop unproven information. Meanwhile over on the ohnotheydidnt live journal, someone who I'll call G learnt about Rachel and her claims to have inside information.So G decided to start anoning Rachel asking if she’d heard about Harry dating a student and planting random bits of information. This student was created by G. Rachel said she had heard about the student and went on to confirm the things that her anon was telling her on the regular.There are no receipts from those blogs because both Rachel and the Student deleted those blogs.
