On Feb 3 2019, Meghan tinhats from Twitter and Tumblr (including tumblr ringleader jerseydeanne) were exposed by the Daily Mail. The DM posted their names, occupations, locations and details of their families. The tinhats responded by saying it was illegal and or orchestrated by Meg herself. Here is the DM article. In April-May 2012, infamous fandom member Rachel was notorious for making claims about her connections with friends of the royals and would sometimes drop unproven information. In the Jan 2018, they had to retract a statement saying that Queen Rania of Jordon had used taxpayer money to buy clothes. It's not clear if the Rania's people contacted them. UPDATE: More information has come to our attention, and we want to clarify our information on Queen Rania. Her Majesty’s clothing is NOT paid for by the Jordanian taxpayer. This is my final catfish post and it’s one that could be pretty contentious. Not only was Jen a very popular member of the fandom given she was only here for a year, but her catfishing was never proven. Blog information Hey folks, As you may have realized I haven‘t been as active on tumblr as I used to be. I haven‘t edited for months and didn‘t even bother to be as much online. I started blogging in summer 2011, so the whole blogging experience was a big part of my teenage years. I kinda grew with it. 7 years is a long time, just imagine how many people break up or get divorced in that period of time LOL. Shortly after, in 2012, I developed my eating disorder (atypical anorexia which turned into restrictive) which was a part of my life for 5 years. An example of the funny petty drama the fandom has. Caroline was much loved by the Cambridges fandom and became much loathed by the fandoms for other European royals. Caroline had many urls in her time -- duchess-of-smiles, babycambridgesus, georgesus, killiam, prince-george (those are the ones I know of).
